About Stephanie Zottl
Registered Provisional Psychologist
Stephanie completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta. In addition to her work at Little Oaks, Stephanie has been working with children, teens, and families experiencing neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders in the inpatient tertiary care programs at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the Glenrose Hospital as a Child and Youth Development Specialist.
Alongside the support and guidance of her supervisor, Stephanie works with children, teens, families and adults seeking counselling. Stephanie’s areas of interest include providing developmentally appropriate, attachment-focused supports for children and teens experiencing various behavioural and cognitive challenges and working with clients through a person-centered approach guided by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioural strategies.
