About Erin Cromwell

Erin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Alberta, and a Masters of Science in Mental Health in Children and Young People from the University of Edinburgh. Alongside her work at Little Oaks Psychology, Erin Currently works as an Emotional Behavioural Specialist with Edmonton Catholic Schools. Erin works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing school-based intervention services to students who display emotional and/or behavioural challenges to create the most effective learning environment for all students.
Erin works with children, teens, and adults seeking counselling. Through the development of a positive therapeutic relationship, Erin aims to establish a safe therapeutic environment that is conducive to empowerment and growth. Erin works from a person-centered approach guided by cognitive behavioural strategies and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and works collaboratively with clients to help them work towards a deeper sense of connection, clarity, and self-awareness.
